As for the program itself...it has been great for me........, not even factoring in what I am hoping that it will do for my golf swing this spring. I have been working out consistently for several years but after switching to your program for only a week, I started feeling immediate improvements in my body, as I if started going to a chiropractor 3 times a week is the way that I explain it to people.  I no longer feel tightness in my legs, lower back or shoulders. I just feel so much better, the tightness or compression is gone and I am in better moods because I just feel better day to day. The exercises have taught me to use my gluts more, where in the past, I used my thighs and lats for stabilization leading to the tightness...in my opinion.  Pat O.
